Throw that scale out the window!
Would you rather look amazing when you look in that mirror or step on a scale and see a lower number? Throw that scale away. Why? Muscle weighs more than fat. The goal should be to feel strong and healthy, not to have some low number on a scale. Many fad diets focus on losing a few pounds. These fads do not focus on making you feel and look better and most importantly make you healthier. When you look in that mirror naked, it’s better to feel so great that you want to dance around, not think “Well, now I am exactly 135lbs so that’s super.”
Grow more muscle!!
If you incorporated some serious physical activity for your weight management journey, then you can tip the scales at a higher number. Let us remember that muscles mass weighs more than the same volume of fat and lean muscles make you look thinner. And bone density is increased when you do activities that put stress on the bone structure like weight lifting. However, our bones themselves can have different densities. The great thing when you put on more muscle is that you now burn more calories every day to maintain which means you can eat way more!!
The most effective Weight Management consists mostly of what you eat and complemented by regular exercise. Nutrition is a cornerstone of any weight management goal. I will further explain to you that our company has a wonderful weight management system that will teach you how to identify food sources to get you more protein in your diet. Protein is one of the key ingredients in building up muscle in the body.
